My counseling practice focuses on assisting adolescents and young adults from diverse backgrounds who are experiencing emotional and/or behavioral difficulties through an outpatient setting. I offer individual, group and family psychotherapy. I would love the opportunity to work with more gay and lesbian clients as I understand and empathize with their struggle. I am experienced in working with many issues often faced by homosexuals -- from internal conflicts within themselves to turmoil within their families to facing scrutiny in society and so forth. I am gratified to assist individuals in this population move from a distressed emotional state to one of pride and inner peace.
